Hi, i have been working on a rev 2 for 2 months, but lately have had a hard problem temporing milk chocolate using velice 42. can anybody help me. Thanks

Hi. Would like to help but as yet to get my temp. machine but was considering the Rev 2. Are you happy with yours (for small batches) and do you find the 1.5 lbs max load very limiting? If I do get the Rav 2, I'll keep you posted on how I find the white choc behaving!
