The New 3-IN-1 COMPACT Moulding Machine
Some ten years ago, Prefamac launched the COMPACT moulding machine. They sold like hot cakes, as not only the small chocolate confectioner really liked this machine. Also industrial customers saw a solution in our compact for their labs, their many colours, their many nuts and many flavours.

Now we present the multiple 3-IN-1 COMPACT. In only 1.4m width, three chocolate trays are placed next to each other so that you do not much space in order to process white, milk and pure chocolate. And … we have thought about two different types of end users. Or you will be using the machine yourself in which case, the temperature control of the three trays is placed at the front. Or you can set the temperature of the three trays at the back so that your customers can decorate ice cream, pan cakes, fruit, … with chocolate at the front of the Compact. Some chocolate confectioners show the 3-IN-1 in their shop, so that customers can sniff the marvellous chocolate smells. What can be more inviting? We can also provide heating cabinets of 1.4m for the 3-IN-1, which also function as a table. Just in stainless steel, or in the colour of your shop or logo, so you can already completely indulge in fantasies.

Function

  • In comparison with the manual moulding machine, this machine will temper the chocolate automatic.
  • Especially for filling and vibrating chocolate moulds: manual or via optional dosing system.
  • Can be combined with an enrober belt for enrobed pralines, truffles or cookies.

Automatic Tempering Machine: CONTINUA 30 / 60

  • In comparison with the manual moulding machine, this machine will temper the chocolate automatic.
  • Content 30 kg and content 60 kg is available.
  • Especially for filling and vibrating chocolate moulds: manual, via optional dosing system of via option scraper.
  • Can be combined with an enrober belt for enrobed pralines, truffles or cookies.

Batch Tempering Kettle

Technical Description

Function

  • For tempering chocolate to the desired temperature, in a batch of 105l (+/- 120kg) of chocolate in one time.
  • Tempers 105l of chocolate in 45 to 55 minutes.
  • The machine can also be used as a melting kettle
