Selmi One - Continuous tempering machine

A fast melting and tempering of the chocolate.
Very compact size. Vibrating plate heated by a low voltage source. The machine is easy to clean. Volumetric dispenser and pedal to control the flow of chocolate. Close circuit cooling system featuring countercurrent heat exchanger.

Color EX ® - Continuous tempering machine
 
Fast melting and tempering of chocolate. Compact size. Low voltage heated vibrating table. Easy cleaning of the machine thanks to the internal removable screwpump. Volumetric dispenser, pedal to control the flow of chocolate. Close circuit cooling system with countercurrent exchanger.

New version, featuring digital control panel. Versatile and with low running costs. Volumetric dispenser and pedal to control the flow of chocolate. Low voltage heated vibrating plate. This machine can be fitted with the R200 or R200 Truffle coating belt as well as permitting moulding by means of a chocolate injection plate.

Futura - Continuous tempering machine

In situations where special processing is required, this machine is able to maintain the crystallisation even at considerably lower tempering temperatures than usual. Volumetric dispenser and pedal to control the flow of chocolate. Low voltage heated vibrating plate. This machine can be fitted with the R200 coating belt for coating the products and a chocolate Injection Plate for creating the moulds.

Top - Continuous tempering machine

This machine is designed for the medium/large confectioner’s lab and is an excellent combination of versatility and low running costs. Volumetric dispenser and pedal to control the flow of chocolate. Low voltage heated vibrating plate. This machine can be fitted with the R200 coating belt for coating the products (TUN 800 coating line) and a chocolate Injection Plate for creating the moulds.

Power required: 3.5 kW - Three-phase, 5 poles.

Dear forumers

I am interested to find out more about Selmi's PLUS and FUTURA product range- in terms of thier price quotation and shipping cost to port in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

I have been trying to get in touch with people from Selmi (sales). I wrote them varoius e-mails to info@selmi-group.com but nobody replied.

I wonder if there is other alternative e-mail address available. Forumers' assistance is appreciated

About cleaning the machine, for sure never use water. As the machine will keep from 400 to 700 grams of chocolate inside. As we tested, put around one kilo of your white chocolate, let the machine work without tempering for about 20 minutes then remove the chocolate. Do it with another pure whit chocolate again, then it should be pure white.
Regarding the room temperature. That in my experience doesn?t affect the machines working condition. It affects your production, so the best room temperature should be between 19 an 22 degree.

we've just received the M1300 PLUS that we bpought from the chocoworld, in the operation we couldn't find about how to clean the chocolate tank, if we want to change with white chocolate after using the dark chocolate.
also we need to know what is the sufficient working room temperature while working with the unit.

These are questions you should be asking the manufacturer. A good room temperature for your working facility should be 68F.
