Hi All,

I'm looking to buy a small tempering machine, but my options are limited. I'm based in Colombia, where it is expensive and complicated to import machinery. The only small-scale machine available here through a local supplier is the Pavoni Mini-Temper.

Does anyone have experience with this machine? I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Many thanks
Suzie

Hello Suzie, I have also just purchased the Minitemper machine, my only problem was, it wasn't really explained very well how to use it, I had to go onto their website to learn a little more about it. I also went back to my supplier who has a kitchen within his store and asked him to give me a demonstration. Once he had done this it made things a lot easier. I hope this helps. Good luck

Hello Suzie,

Would You be kind enough to give me the e-mail and/or phone number of the supplier of the Pavoni Mini-Temper in Colombia? The Pavoni Italy don't answer mails and in the US don't sell these machines. It happens that I live in Venezuela and it would be easier for me to buy the Minitemperer in Colombia. BTW, in what city is located the Pavoni supplier in Colombia?

Thanks for your help,

Eduardo
