I started with a Revolation 1 (by chocovision ) which is a great machine for little runs and a step up from serious hobbyist. I just bought the new X3210 and oh my....10 lbs of chocolate tempered, quiet and so easy to use. My production doubled in one shot! If I knew before what I know now I would have bought it first but on the other hand sales made it happen.

A bit steep in price $1800 Canadian before tax but so far worth every penny. If you believe in your vision and your just starting, go big or do it they way I did one machine at a time. Having a big and small machine is going to make things so much easier. But that's just my 2 cents.......

Hi Dirke,

I've been playing around with my new x3210 and am finding that it's been difficult to temper half the time that I use it.

Any tips? It seems like it should work the same as the Rev 1 which I also started with, but I'm at a loss on why it is not tempering properly.
